Ban Ngai started out as Ban Ngai Engineering Works in 1965. Operating out of a small shophouse in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, the company served as a machine shop making screws, shafts and other spare parts for the surrounding factories. The founder's dedication to quality and his customers soon saw the business expanding rapidly. Today, the Ban Ngai Group of Companies consist of:

We are headquartered on a 3 acre industrial site in Klang, Selangor , Malaysia , approximately 10km away from Port Klang and 40km from Kuala Lumpur . Our manufacturing, central warehousing and office operations are based at this location while we have two branch offices at the North (Penang) and South (Johor) of Malaysia as well as a subsidiary in Samut Prakarn, Thailand to cater our fast growing clientele there.

A dedicated team of 180 persons serve over 3000 customers from SME's (Small Medium Enterprises) right up to MNC 's(Multi Nasional Companies) from Malaysia to Europe.
